Olympia is about 70 miles south of Seattle and 110 miles north of Portland. The beautiful capitol campus and the lively friendly down town of Olympia mean that Olympia is a pleasurable day trip destination. There are many fine restaurants, bookstores, a waterside boardwalk, and fun stops like Fishtail Brew Pub and Wind up Here. The wonderful Farmers Market is open Thursday through Sunday in summer.

Here on the southern tip of Puget Sound, you will find that there are parks and nature preserves to explore as well. We are only a couple of miles from wild and beautiful Woodard Bay Natural Area where water and woodland meet gloriously.

Driving Directions:

From I-5 North take exit 105, following the signs to Henderson Blvd., toward Port of Olympia. This becomes Plum Street. Stay on Plum Street as it becomes East Bay Drive, continue for about 1.5 miles along Budd Inlet past Priest Point Park. Turn right on 36th Avenue NE and proceed about 2 miles to Libby Road. Turn right on Libby Road; we are on the left at 3110 Libby Road NE.

From I-5 South take exit 105B, following the signs for Port of Olympia. This becomes Plum Street.
